Returns
Dhianne Co. does not currently offer refunds. Please read carefully and ask any questions you may have at before making your purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if the incorrect item was sent. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@dhianneco.com and send your item to: Dhianne Co. within 7 business days of purchase. Item must me in original packaging, in unworn condition, free of makeup stains or fragrance and hang tag must be intact. Once we have received your package, in all conditions described, exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days and you will be notified via email once processed.
Shipping
To exchange your product , you should mail your product to: Dhianne Co.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
At Dhianne Co. we carefully inspect every single item before shipment therefore please be sure to read all details carefully and ask any questions you may have before purchase to avoid any inconvenience.
